a store here in New York this week. According to DNR, the store will be in the Plaza Hotel on Central Park.
The brand, known for its monogram logo, was founded in Germany in 1976. It became a status symbol in the 1980s, but fell off the map in the U.S. by the end of the decade. After returning to U.S. shops last year, MCM bags are sold at about 40 doors across the country, including Bloomingdale’s, Intermix and a few specialty shops. – DNR News

Charlotte Ronson is joining forces with JCPenny and is creating a line titled I Heart Ronson.
I’m hype. None of the pieces are going to be priced over $30 (so I hear) so I just might be able to afford one of her pieces. I’m looking forward to the line which will hit stores February ‘09. Curtains may have come out of hiding a bit.

Well… he will be on January 20, 2009.
I remember joking around with my family once when I was around 10 years old and I told my grandmother I wanted to be president. She said, “…first you have to become a white man.” Well… now all I have to do is become a man and we all know how easy that’s become (j/k).

one of these art shows this summer due to… idk… probably a headache. I AM going to make it to this one though.
Harlem seems soooooooooo FAR but I think I owe it to myself to hang out just a itsy bitsy teeny bit before the semester is over. And for all of yous who have been pressuring me to hang out this semester, you should be a little glad to hear that I’m doing well so all of my “hermit-like” activities are paying off!
