Last night, I had a private networking event at Polish Bar Brooklyn’s Prospect Heights location. A few of my closest girls and a few industry women I knew showed up to talk life and careers over mani/pedis and wine!
Here’s something to get into next week. Kravitz, daughter of Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet, started the band Elevator Fight barely a year ago and instantly landed gigs at South by Southwest and the Roots Picnic. — via PaperMag

My senior year at Fashion Industries, I was able to attend a free prom dress giveaway sponsored by Operation Fairy Dust. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get any information on whether they were doing another giveaway this year, but thanks to Dominique, I found out about something similar sponsored by Dazzle Divaz. Dazzle Divaz is holding a Dress Drive from now until Friday, April 30, 2010 to benefit the Brooklyn Prom Project!
