I saw a poster for....
this show in the train station by my job. I'm surprised that I was able to remember to look up the information on the show by the time I got home.
Here's an excerpt from The History Channel's site.

I'm proud of...
myself! I'm getting into the habit of actually SUPPORTING artists that I think deserve my hard earned DEP dollars. First was Kanye, then Common, and now Little Brother. Anywho... I just copied the cd to my iTunes and I'm listening now. I updated the post I did earlier this week about Kanye's mixtape and I said my favorite song was Breakin My Heart feat Little Brother and Lil'Wayne. I didn't know that it was actually Little Brother's song. It's on Get Back so umm... when you get a chance, go get it.
I am SO glad....
I did NOT apply to be a College Hill Intern. I definitely wouldn't have made it this time around. In the years to come... that's a different story. Oh yea... and I keep forgetting that I said I wasn't going to do any reality tv shows. HAHA!
Anyway.... I didn't even know the season had started. I stopped watching College Hill a LONG time ago. I DID catch a couple of episodes last season though. But that was only because of the highly publicized brawl. The end of my story is coming soon. lol... anyway... I was checking my regular blogs and when I got to ConcreteLoop, I saw that one of their bloggers was talking about the show and had posted the link to watch the full episode from last night.
All I have to say is I will DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY be keeping up this season. Aside from watching smart, young, black adults working hard interning, MARC IS EXTRA EXTRA GOOD LOOKING! Gosh darnett!!

I just finished watching....
Gotti's Way on Vh1. I said a while back that the only reason I'd watch that show was to see how his relationship is with his family. I find it interesting. Anywho... they briefly showed a clip of Lloyd shooting his video for Get It Shawty and it made me think of Spring. I really did like that song so I figured I'd post the video.

it was a good idea to buy me a bf. I thought so too but things didn't quite work out. See.... he didn't grow up, like uhh... most dudes I know. lol!!!

^^ And here he is in a pot. NO!... I did NOT try to cook him. I was supposed to submerge him in room temperature water for 2 hours. The packaging said that he would grow like 600% his actual size. He didn't. Forgive me for asking this because it may very well be common sense but umm... was this a joke? HAHA! I'm really not sure because I don't know how big 600% his size would be.

On a brighter note, Nesha also got me this cute tee and it was so beautiful out today, I got to wear it with my sparkle-y sneakers. LOOK!...

didn't see anyone blog about this. I ran through Kanye's blog for the first time EVER and I came across a post for one of his mixtapes. He made the download available for everyone. Hurry up and get it now before the link goes bad or something.
I haven't listened to it yet but I have a couple of the songs listed already. Based on that, I imagine the rest will be pretty good if not great. Jay-Z, Nas, Consequence and Little Brother are all on there. The cover is linked. Go check out the rest of the song listing on his blog.

So I'm still listening to the mixtape as I'm typing this. I just go to the computer lab at my school. I listened to it on my way to school and my FAVORITE song so far is umm... number 12? I think that's it. It's Breakin My Heart featuring Little Brother and Lil' Wayne. I'm like really really REALLY feeling Little Brother right about now. The Minstrel Show has been getting crazy spins on my iPod recently.

That food will probably sit in the fridge for a couple days before i throw it out. I normally don't eat leftovers from restaurants.

OMG.... that was ULTRA wack!! Like geez... reminded me of like 15 other videos. No direction, no story, no.... anything. I just don't get it and I'm not looking forward to catching that again. I would like to see how long that stays on the top of 106 and Park's Top 10 list. DO they still even do that? I remember when I was actually watching that show.... SO LONG AGO(when the freestyle friday battles were good and the best part was clowing AJ's uhhh... mutant like hair). They used to like... send videos into retirement or something like it.
